Return Information
Because our orders are handmade and personalized just for you we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item/s please let me know and we can work together to correct it.
Shipping Information
We use the United States Postal Service to deliver your items. We can provide you with the pick up date but depending on where you live that is completely up to the post office in your local area to deliver your items. While I would like to give an exact date, weather happens and accidents occur. You will know the minute that your personalized gift leaves my hand and headed to yours. 🙂
Frequently Asked Questions
I understand that sometimes things can slip your mind. If you place an order and immediately email me within 2 hours I will contact you about the changes that you need made. However, if you go beyond the 2 hours and it’s the next day please under that by completing your order it confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed the order and it’s accuracy before it was submitted. I will do the best I can to provide you 100% customer satisfaction but please keep in mind the time frames.
Yes, you can change the shipping address on your order. Just log into your account that you created when you ordered. If we have not shipped the order you are good to change it. If you do not see your pending order then your order had shipped.
Within 3 to 5 business days depending on the order and the detailing required.

I do reserves the right to refuse reproduction of what I believe to be prohibited content. Prohibited content includes text, images or photos that are believed to be:
